Job summary

Pacesetter Homes Texas seeks a Sales Representative to drive the direct sale of new homes and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to closing.

The role requires building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the project team to ensure customer requirements are met. A commission-based structure applies, with travel to show homes and sites as part of routine duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in New Home Sales.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Comfortable using MS Office programs and CRM/accounting software (Hubspot, NewStar).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customers. Consult with prospective customers to assess their needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the home buying process and ensure their expectations are accurately relayed and priced.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting sales to existing customers and by identifying/soliciting potential customers.
• Find new and creative ways to market yourself and our homes to drive traffic while maintaining Qualico's reputation.
• Remain up-to-date with the specifications and ongoing promotions of market competitors, customer needs and market trends.
• Liaise with the project management team throughout the building process to ensure the customer’s requirements are met and clearly communicated.
• Supervise, develop and provide guidance to Sales Assistants. Ensure clear direction is given and that work is carried out in a safe manner.
