CBH Homes is hiring New Home Sales Specialists in Caldwell, Idaho. The role involves working with provided leads to close sales for CBH Homes’ new builds, supported by a marketing team and a HQ relocation planned for 2027.

Earn 85K-100K+ with bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k). Training and career growth are offered as the company expands its footprint in Idaho.

Formación

• Licensed Realtor in Idaho with active license.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
