DSLD Homes in Gulfport, MS seeks a Builder Sales Representative to guide prospective homebuyers through the entire journey, from initial interest to closing. You will showcase home designs, features, and communities, acting as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of our sales processes.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting, appointments, showing homes, coordinating with lenders, and maintaining model homes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales process and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Prospecting, follow up, setting appointments, using CRM, showing homes and sites, and preparing contracts.
• Maintain communication with buyers during construction and after closing.
• Generate leads and referrals through marketing efforts and networking.
• Coordinate with realtors, conduct open houses, and participate in trainings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a professional company image.
• Keep model homes organized and show-ready at all times.
• Understand construction timelines and financing processes; communicate with buyers.
