Job summary

DSLD Homes in Freeport, FL is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive new home sales by presenting plans, features and community information to potential buyers. You will guide customers through the home buying process, build relationships with realtors, and market communities for events to achieve sales goals.

You'll need 2–5 years in sales, a Florida Real Estate License, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with lenders and builders during the construction and closing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales.
• Florida Real Estate license.
• Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales process and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop, practice and deliver an outstanding sales presentation.
• Prospecting, follow up, setting appointments, using CRM tools, showing homes and coordinating with lenders and closing.
• Maintain communication with buyers during construction and after closing.
• Generate leads and referrals through marketing efforts and realtor networks.
• Host open houses and present to realtors.
