New Homes Sales Consultant position available at RockWell Homes near Dallas TX
Job Purpose:
To become a trusted partner to our buyers and provide them with an extraordinary home buying experience from start to finish and beyond. Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales and closings goals outlined by the Division.
Essential Job Functions:
Qualification Requirements:
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, with effective communication skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, skilled in time management, high customer satisfaction, relationship builder, and able to make customers feel like partners. Must have a positive, professional attitude, resilience, be able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities, and be able to multitask. This position requires weekends.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
New home sales experience is preferred. Must have a High School Diploma.
Compensation:
Commission-Based on Sales closings against draw.
