Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking a people-driven individual who is eager to learn and pursue residential homebuilding, joining the Tampa division as a New Home Sales Associate. After a 6-12 month training period, you may advance to a New Home Sales Consultant with big earning potential.

Your role includes supporting Sales Consultants through customer service, administrative tasks, marketing and other duties, while bringing a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Real estate experience is not required.
• Background in hospitality, serving, education, banking, apartment leasing or related customer-facing role is welcome.
• Drive to excel, eagerness to learn, and ability to build relationships with people.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Consultants through customer service and administrative tasks.
• Participate in training program during the initial period.
• Assist with marketing activities and other duties as needed.
• Maintain a positive, team-player attitude and strong work ethic.
