Perry Homes is seeking a motivated Sales Associate in San Antonio, TX to support our new home sales process from the first interaction through closing. You will work closely with a Sales Professional to guide buyers, present community features, and coordinate contracts and financing steps.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from initial contact through closing, alongside the Sales Professional.
• Guide prospective buyers through community tours and home features.
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities.
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects and support marketing activities.
• Monitor model homes and inventory to maintain competitive presentation.
