Perry Homes is seeking a driven Sales Associate to guide prospective buyers through the homebuying journey from first contact to closing. You will work closely with a Sales Professional, participate in community tours, discuss home features, and help coordinate contracts and financing steps.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).

Responsibilities

• Support the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing, partnering closely with the Sales Professional
• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities
• Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts
• Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge
