Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proficient with DRH Sales applications.
• Proficient with MS Office and email.
• Stand/walk 4–8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Outdoors weather exposure

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition to customers.
• Identify customer goals and position DR Horton as best solution.
• Overcome objections and close sales.
• Maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Source new sales opportunities and build realtor relationships.
• Develop marketing plans for new customer relationships.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain CRM database.
• Work with team to meet sales goals and support colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
