Smith Douglas Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Assistant to join our team in the United States. You will support Sales Agents and community teams, participate in pricing, inventory management, and show homes, while guiding prospects through financing steps.

You will learn from experienced agents, build relationships with homebuyers, and contribute to community goals. This paid role offers hands-on mentorship, growth opportunities, and a clear path toward On-Site New Home Sales roles.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, customer service, sales, or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the homebuilding industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Agents and community teams by following established sales and closing procedures.
• Learn and develop expertise in new home pricing, homesite premiums, inventory management, and community offerings.
• Assist prospective buyers by demonstrating homes, homesites, and community features.
• Coordinate loan application setup for prospects and help monitor the financing process.
• Build trusted relationships with homebuyers through exceptional customer service and consistent communication.
• Complete monthly competitive market analyses to help support community sales efforts.
• Maintain the presentation and appearance of Sales Centers, model homes, and inventory homes.
• Coordinate website updates and communicate marketing needs to the Marketing team.
• Participate in Community Review meetings and homeowner events.
• Support daily marketing initiatives, including signage, sales materials, and website accuracy.
• Represent Smith Douglas Homes through active involvement in community and professional organizations.
