You will assist buyers from initial contact to closing, partner with real estate agents, and travel to Welcome Home Centers and model homes as needed. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential to succeed in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell, process, and close homes per plans.
• Follow company selling philosophy with tools and Welcome Home Centers.
• Provide timely follow-up with customers from first contact to closing.
• Self-generate sales through local outreach and realtor networks.
• Develop knowledge of local market and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and report daily activity and sales results.
• Attend meetings to review neighborhood status and sales strategies.
• Assist in processing paperwork to close escrows timely.
