Adams Homes is seeking a New Home Real Estate Agent in Albemarle, NC to guide buyers through the sales process, work with our CRM, and generate leads using a proven system.

If you’re tired of a capped income and want to be part of one of the largest privately held homebuilders in the Southeast, we’d love to hear from you. A North Carolina Real Estate License is required, and a strong work ethic and attitude are essential.

• Active North Carolina Real Estate License.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Mansioni

• Meet with prospective buyers to discuss needs, preferences, and budget.
• Show model homes and inventory, highlighting features and community benefits.
• Follow up with prospects using our CRM and standardized sales process.
• Manage the sales process from contract to closing, including negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing and construction to generate leads and increase sales.
