Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Willing to work on-site during weekends with model homes open daily.

Responsibilities

• Sell homes using a proven sales process in on-site communities.
• Become expert on community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Guide buyers from initial contact through contract and closing.
