Job summary

First America Homes, a division of The Signorelli Company, is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee new home construction projects from permitting to closing in the New Braunfels area. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in new home building and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide teams from site to closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of new home building experience preferred.
• New home construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee homebuilding processes within assigned community or geographic area, ensuring timely project execution.
• Supervise and mentor field staff and coordinate trade contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, trade schedules, and cost-control procedures.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Address and resolve homeowner warranty requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear communication with homebuyers and the corporate office on project progress.
