Lovelace Women's Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, is hiring a New Graduate Nurse/RN to provide patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. You will follow policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality of care and participate in the ETP Nurse Residency Program.

Requirements include an Associate's degree or Diploma of Nursing, NM licensure eligibility, and BLS within 14 days of hire; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Diploma of Nursing is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Eligible for licensure by examination.
• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at start date.
• Dual application to the ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.

The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Associate's degree or Diploma of Nursing
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Eligible for licensure by examination.
• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at the time of start date.
• Dual application to the ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.
