Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at the time of start date.
• Dual application to the ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.

Responsibilities

• The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
