Ardent Health Services seeks a Graduate Nurse/RN for Heart Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. Eligible new graduates will provide nursing care under the direct supervision of an RN in a cardiovascular-focused setting and participate in a Nurse Residency program.

Responsibilities

The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Eligible for licensure by examination.
• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at time of start date.
• Dual application to ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.
