Job summary

Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a New Graduate Nurse/RN. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

The Graduate Nurse will provide nursing care under the direct supervision of an RN, following policies to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. This role supports patients in a cardiovascular care environment, with opportunities for residency and licensure progression.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• Eligible for licensure by examination.
• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at time of start date.
• Dual application to ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
