Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan (5th floor of Corewell Health Blodgett Hospital)
Position: Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Full Time Nightshift
Hours: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000
Pay: Starting at $31.20 per hour (Competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and recommend an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
- Insert and remove endotracheal tubes.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Teach and counsel patients and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Hold an “Active” CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
- Provide proof of graduation: college transcript or diploma (preferred) or high‑school transcript or GED.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current state licensure required; student or educational permit acceptable in accordance with state regulations.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
