Opportunity Overview
Starting base pay rate at $32.00/hr; Up to $30K in Commitment Incentive
The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilites associate with professional practice. This process is a 12 month clinical program.
As a Nurse Resident, You Will
- Be a part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses
- Work side by side with a dedicated clinical coach throughout your orientation
- Participate in simulation laboratory experiences
- Be mentored by a nurse educator
- Complete rotation with other key health care professionals in several units
- And, much more!
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
- 0 - 6 months experience is required.
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
- American Heart Associate Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
