Overview:
A well-established outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. This role is ideal for someone who values work-life balance, clinical freedom, and opportunities for growth in a supportive setting. What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one patient evaluations and follow-up treatments
Develop customized rehab plans using exercise, manual therapy, and education
Collaborate with aides and other wellness professionals
Work with a diverse patient population from athletes to older adults
Document sessions using an efficient and user-friendly EMR system
Participate in staff meetings and optional community wellness events

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited PT program (DPT preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal teams and clients
New grads preferred - training and mentorship available!
Active PT license in California or eligibility to obtain
