Overview:
A well-established outpatient clinic is seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused team. What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one patient evaluations and follow-up treatments

• Develop customized rehab plans using exercise, manual therapy, and education

• Collaborate with aides and other wellness professionals

• Work with a diverse patient population from athletes to older adults

• Document sessions using an efficient and user-friendly EMR system

• Participate in staff meetings and optional community wellness events
