The Mindful Lemon is looking for passionate, experienced licensed therapists to join our growing practice full time!

We are a full service, virtual mental health and substance abuse provider specializing in maximizing the benefits of the therapeutic relationship while increasing access to care, decreasing the administrative burden to clinicians, and focusing on mindfulness, the mind-body connection, health and wellness.

What continues to differentiate The Mindful Lemon is our emphasis on Mindfulness, not just for the client but for the provider as well! We advocate for self-care, mindfulness, health and wellness for our providers as much as we do for our clients. While we may be providing a virtual network, it is important to us to maintain a sense of culture, connectedness and support amongst our providers.

DUTIES:

• Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a variety of clients
• Conduct a minimum of 27 billable sessions per week
• Complete all required documentation assessment, treatment plan, progress notes
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be Licensed Behavioral Health Practitioner in the State of California

(Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards.

Must have secure, HIPAA compliant space to provide telehealth sessions.

Must NOT be opted out of Medicare

Must be available 40 hours

COMPENSATION:

$90,000 base salary, + productivity bonus (Independently Licensed Master's Level Clinician)
