We help thousands of people get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, pair them with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and foster belonging through community. We have a lean, ambitious team, and recently raised a Series A to help us transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

The Opportunity

We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. You'll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.

Scheduling Availability

• Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
• No required evening, weekend or on-call hours

Salaried Full time (Benefits-Eligible)

• Hours: Provide 30+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25 clients
• Ideal for: Those who seek steady, predictable income that grows with your client base
• Compensation: Salary offer of $90,000/year.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan and PTO.

Qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
