Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care after completing your nursing program and before licensure. You must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed, and this is a safety‑sensitive position.

You will educate patients and families, assess needs, develop and implement care plans with the healthcare team, and continually evaluate patient responses to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
