Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. You will support assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Educate patients and families, develop individualized care plans, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while pursuing licensure within 90 days of graduation.
