Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities within nursing standards after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Licensure must be obtained within 90 days of graduation to remain employed, and you will support patients with education and care planning.

You will educate patients and families, assess needs, and help implement care plans, while upholding safety and quality standards in a compassionate homecare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum nursing diploma or associate’s degree in nursing.
• Preferred: ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
