The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following completion of a nursing program and prior to licensure. They will need to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care.

Qualifications:
