Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking new graduate CNAs for full-time roles in Bayville, NJ. We welcome newly certified CNAs and provide a path to grow within our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA certification required.
• New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply.
• CPR certification preferred.
• No prior long-term care experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Help residents with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.
• Document care accurately according to facility policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
