Cedarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Tyrone, PA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate team. New grads are welcome, and we offer on-site roles with flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn in a skilled nursing setting.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vitals, observe changes, and collaborate with nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care. Daily Pay is available through Tapcheck, with benefits and growth pathways.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program.
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
• Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with restorative care and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers.

Education

Active Pennsylvania CNA certification

High school diploma

Graduate of accredited CNA training program
