Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly motivated Systems Software Engineer - New College Grad for the Advanced Technology Group in Hillsboro, Oregon. Join a team developing advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design, powered by GPU acceleration.

You will contribute to distributed, AI-enabled software, tackle low-level optimization, and ramp quickly on CUDA. A MS/PhD in CS or CE (or equivalent) and strong problem solving are expected.

Qualifications

MS or PhD in CS or CE (or equivalent experience).
Experience delivering complex software for semiconductor fabrication and design.
Experience with ML/AI systems and DL fundamentals, incl. backprop, models.
Strong low-level optimization: memory, cache, balance in distributed systems.
Ability to ramp on CUDA and parallel programming.

Responsibilities

Develop advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design.
Accelerate software solutions using GPU parallelism.
Help keep semiconductor innovation cadence and time-to-market.
