Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Financial Service Professional in Tempe, AZ, to deliver world-class service to Advisors and their Investors. The role starts with a comprehensive training program, including SIE exam preparation, then moves to a client-facing position with ongoing collaboration.

You will handle 25–30 inbound contacts daily, resolve routine and complex inquiries, and work across internal teams to provide accurate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license within 60 days.
  • 0–2 years in a client-facing, service-oriented role.
  • Ability to work 8 AM–8 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
  • In-person training for 4–5 months.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for Advisors and Investors, handling 25–30 inbound inquiries daily.
  • Provide stellar World-Class service and resolve issues with critical thinking.
  • Research and navigate databases to provide accurate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolutions.
