Harvey, Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer, New Grad, to join the Engineering team building AI-powered systems for leading law firms and enterprises.

From day one you’ll contribute production code spanning retrieval, document intelligence, and workflow automation, with rapid ownership and growth opportunities. We look for graduates planning to start in 2027, with strong language skills (Python, TypeScript/Java/Go), internship experience, and a bias toward action.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Graduated Winter 2026 - Spring 2027 or later.
Internship experience required.
Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go).
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and move quickly with decisiveness.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and ship production-grade code across the stack.
Collaborate with AI Research, Legal Engineering, Product, and Design to translate problems into product experiences.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions with senior engineers.
Experiment with and evaluate LLMs and AI systems to evolve the platform.
Contribute to retrieval, document intelligence, and workflow automation features.
