Harvey is seeking a Software Engineer, New Grad to join our Engineering team and help build the AI-powered systems that serve leading law firms and enterprises. This role offers an accelerated path to ownership and contributes production code from day one across retrieval, document intelligence, and workflow automation.

We are hiring new grads to start in 2027 across Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Infrastructure, and Applied AI roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous internship experience is required.
• Strong proficiency in one or more languages (Python, TS/JavaScript, Java, Go) and CS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship production-level code across the stack with high quality and security.
• Collaborate with AI Research, Legal Engineering, Product, and Design to translate problems into product experiences.
• Engage in code reviews and technical design discussions with senior engineers to share best practices.
• Experiment with LLMs and AI systems to evolve Harvey's platform.
• Contribute to retrieval, document intelligence, and workflow automation features as assigned.
