You will work with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience with modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-powered tools, and contribute to real-world projects.

The role targets recent graduates who are passionate about coding, problem-solving, and building scalable tech solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, MIS, software engineering or related field.
• Available to work from LPL Financial's primary office locations.
• Hands-on experience via coursework, internships, hackathons, or personal projects using Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React, Angular, Java, Python, .NET, Node.js and related frameworks.
• Build and support APIs, backend services, databases, and cloud-based applications.
• Leverage automation and AI-assisted development tools to improve software quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and troubleshooting tasks.
• Follow software development best practices including security, performance, and reliability standards.
