Job summary

Replit is seeking a recent graduate to join its engineering team in Foster City, CA. You will build features for the AI-powered development platform, develop an AI coding agent, and contribute to cloud infrastructure for scalable, real-time collaboration.

The role emphasizes self-healing automation, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering production-ready software. Applicants should submit a Replit project and be legally eligible to work in the United States, with on-site work three days

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2027) with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
• Full-stack capabilities with experience in React, Node.js, and database technologies.
• Growth orientation and eagerness to learn new technologies and take on increasing responsibility.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous learning and familiarity with industry best practices and new technologies.
• Focus on automation and building self-healing systems.
• Required to submit a Replit project with the application.
• Able to work from the Foster City, CA headquarters three days per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Work on Replit’s AI-powered development platform and distributed systems supporting real-time collaboration
• Drive solutions autonomously while developing toward technical leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute diverse perspectives
• Submit and describe a project demonstrating skills and/or interests
