Job summary

Replit is seeking a technical leader to power the development of Replit Agent within the Replit Cloud organization. You will report to the VP of Engineering and help manage databases, storage, hosting, and production environments.

You will lead major projects, mentor senior engineers, and ship product and infrastructure as a full-stack builder using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform. This is an in-office role based in Foster City, CA with M/W/F on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience in engineering roles.
• 10+ years of experience in software with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead major projects, taking new products from 0→1 or improve first-party primitives.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to iterate and grow Replit Cloud.
• Identify toughest technical and quality challenges and build scalable solutions.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers to grow the team.
• Ship product and build infrastructure as a full-stack builder using TypeScript, React, CSS, Postgres, Go, and Terraform.
