Job summary

Replit is seeking a Product Engineer to take ideas from concept to polished experiences across AI models and web infrastructure. You will ship products enabling users to create powerful, interactive artifacts via natural language.

The role emphasizes ownership, fast iteration, and close collaboration with product leadership. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Foster City, CA with in-office three-day requirement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with user-facing products.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS and accessibility.
• Experience across the full stack and production debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own major product experiences from concept through design, implementation, launch and iteration.
• Build intuitive interfaces for AI-generated presentations, data apps, and visual artifacts.
• Deliver frontend experiences focusing on interaction, typography, layout, motion, and performance.
• Collaborate with users, Product, Design, and AI engineers to turn feedback into better products.
• Create reusable editing, visualization, and collaboration primitives for future products.
