Saint Francis Health System in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Floating Pool in a Medical-Surgical setting, with an emphasis on transitioning new grads into Critical Care pathways. You will work a 36-hour week across three 12-hour shifts, with weekends and holidays as required by department; the role focuses on applying the nursing process to patient care.

Minimum education is a nursing diploma or degree; RN licensure is required; no related experience is necessary and strong

Qualificações

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree.
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma RN license.
• No related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to care for patients.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care with appropriate priorities.
• Documents steps of the nursing process using proper terminology.
• Addresses problems and progress toward goals; facilitates patient discharge with referrals and education.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and participates in PI and education activities.
• Supports unit and hospital goals through education and variance reports.
