Job summary

Boston Medical Center in Boston is seeking a New Graduate RN for the Surgical Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (SNICU). This full-time, permanent night-shift role includes rotating weekends and a March 2027 start date.

The RN will perform professional nursing duties across the care continuum, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and families, in accordance with hospital policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associate’s degree or Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN). BSN preferred.
• Candidates who do not have a BSN must enroll in a Baccalaureate program within one year of hire and complete BSN by the end of the semester of the four year anniversary of employment at BMC.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation and coordination of care for patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Adhere to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing rules and agency policies.
