Job summary

Lovelace Medical Center Downtown in Albuquerque, NM, is inviting applications for a New Graduate Nurse/RN. You will deliver nursing care under RN supervision and participate in the Nurse Residency Program. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available and eligibility for licensure is required.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing and BLS within 14 days of hire. Dual application to the Nurse Residency Program and unit of choice is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Diploma of Nursing.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Eligible for licensure by examination.
• Graduate Nurse Permit or RN license issued by the NM Board of Nursing at the time of start date.
• Dual application to the ETP Nurse Residency Program and the unit of choice.
• Applications are open.

Responsibilities

• The Graduate Nurse provides nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of an RN. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
