Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care by implementing the nursing care plan and communicating with the health care team.
• Review physician prescriptions and coordinate with other providers to ensure safe, effective care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient histories and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Document care provided in patient records and ensure compliance with infection-control standards.
