Here, you will work with and learn from some of our best caregivers, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

Medina Hospital’s 2 East is a 15-bed nursing unit that provides professional nursing care to post-surgical orthopaedic and spine patients. Along with patients undergoing total joint replacement, we manage care of patients with revisions of total joint replacement, lumbar and/or cervical decompressions, fusions and/or laminectomies. 2 East also cares for stable telemetry patients requiring ongoing cardiac monitoring. Most patients are discharged to rehabilitation facilities or home with ongoing home health care services within 2-4 days after surgery. As an RN Resident on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey while working alongside a success coach. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.

  • Take advantage of industry leading benefits, including our RN Loan Repayment program, which helps pay off student debt, and our Tuition Reimbursement program to reinvest in your career. And if you’re relocating to join us, you could be eligible for relocation assistance.
  • Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority, identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing safety resources.
