Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is hiring a New Grad RN Resident for the Neonatal ICU in Mayfield Heights, OH. This full-time day-shift role provides essential nursing care to ill neonates and low birth weight infants in a supportive, family-centered environment. Graduates from accredited nursing programs are encouraged to apply.

BSN preferred; 1 year acute care or military RN experience is required. RN licensure, BLS, and NRP within one year are required.

About This Role

The New Grad RN Resident in the Neonatal ICU at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital provides essential nursing care to ill neonates and low birth weight infants. This role is ideal for recent nursing graduates seeking to develop their skills in a supportive, family-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.

Requirements

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience:

• One year experience in an acute care hospital setting OR licensed military RN experience required

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within one year of employment
