Valley Health System in Paramus is offering a Spring 2027 New Graduate RN Residency Program starting March 2027. Applicants must be BSN graduates from 2026 with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

A NJ RN license will be required by two weeks before the start date, and cover letters must include top two areas of interest. The program spans various specialty areas on night shift, including Float Pool, Med Surg/Step Down, Oncology, Neurology, Geriatrics, ED, and Cardiac care, with onboarding and certification

Qualifications

• BSN degree conferred in 2026 and eligibility for RN licensure in New Jersey.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; must list GPA on resume.
• Cover letter must specify top two areas of interest.
• New graduates with no RN/LPN work experience or ≤6 months experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a wide variety of patients across medical/surgical units.
• Serve in a Float Pool and other specialty areas as assigned.
• Support patient advocacy and holistic care delivery.
• Assist in units such as Med/Surg Step Down, Oncology, Neurology, Geriatrics, ED, and Cardiac care.
