You will be hired onto the day shift for the beginning of your orientation and will be transitioned to the night shift at some point in the first six months.Current American Heart Association BLS for the healthcare provider certification is required upon entering the program and it must be valid for a minimum of 3 months post the start date of the program.You must successfully obtain a New Jersey Registered Nurse License (not just the license number) by at least two weeks before the residency start date to enter into the program.
