Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus is seeking a compassionate RN to join the H60 Neurosciences Nursing Unit, caring for complex neurological patients in a world-class academic medical center. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with a dedicated team, and participate in a one-year Nurse Residency program with tailored tracks.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• New grad or less than one year RN work experience, or transitioning from non-inpatient to acute care.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity, preferences and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients' health and take corrective actions.
• Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when needed for safe, independent practice.
• Document in patients' medical records.
