Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute is seeking a New Grad RN Resident to join our team. You will assist in delivering exceptional patient care while engaging in a residency core curriculum tailored to your learning needs, under the guidance of a success coach.

Requirements include ADN or BSN from an accredited program, active RN license, BLS, and ACLS if in a Critical Care area. This is a full-time, on-site role in Cleveland, OH with rotating day and night schedules.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS certification required; ACLS required if in a Critical Care area
• New grad or <1 year RN experience in acute direct care setting

• Assist fellow caregivers in delivering patient care.

Highlights

• Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: 7:00am – 7:30pm and 7:00pm – 7:30am

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and revise priorities for patient care.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience: New grad or less than one year RN work experience in an acute direct care clinical inpatient setting
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required if in a Critical Care area
