Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus offers aOne-year RN Residency with nine tracks, online modules, simulations, and hands-on training. You will learn under a dedicated success coach and contribute to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The program emphasizes safety, documentation, and clinical priorities, with shift rotations including days/nights and every other weekend. BSN preferred; relocation and substantial benefits available.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN licensure
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• ACLS certification if in Critical Care area
• ONS Chemo/Bio course within two years of hire
• New grad or <1 year RN experience or RN moving to acute direct care

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise patient care priorities based on acuity and resources.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely.
• Document in patients’ medical records
