Mercy Hospital South in Missouri is launching an RN Residency Program for new graduates and experienced nurses. The program offers an 8–16 week hands-on training track with dedicated preceptors, classroom learning, and robust educator support.

Take part in Medical‑Surgical units in a full-time or part-time schedule with day or night shifts, onsite at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO. Eligible new grads can receive sign-on bonuses up to $5k, with higher offers for experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; hospital experience preferred for some units.

Responsibilities

• 8–16 week RN Residency with hands-on training.
• Hands-on clinical training with one-on-one preceptor mentoring.
• Classroom learning and skill development.
• Support from nurse educators and leadership.
