Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, invites new graduates to join our 8–16 week RN Residency program designed to build confidence and clinical skills through hands-on training and mentorship. The program starts in a supportive environment across Medical‑Surgical units with strong nurse educator guidance.

We offer full-time (36 hrs/week) and part-time (24 hrs/week) schedules, with day or night shifts. New grads can earn up to $5,000 sign-on, while experienced RNs may qualify for up to $10,000,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN.

Responsibilities

• RN Residency provides hands-on training, mentorship from nurse educators and leadership.
• Inpatient Medical‑Surgical units with diverse patient populations.
• Assist with patient assessments, safety and care planning.
